Brama Yachts and Catamarans is a fully bonded service operator.
Payment
To secure your reservation, you are required to pay the full amount prior to the outing day. Confirmation of booking is made upon payment. Minimum numbers apply to some excursions and if this affects you, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Payment and Vouchers
We accept Online Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners account made payable to Brama Yachts.
Price
We reserve the right to lower or raise our prices any time before the booking is confirmed. All charges unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation are considered additional charges.
Alcohol Consumption
Alcoholic drinks will be given after snorkeling time. The management reserve the right to cancel the snorkeling if ever alcoholic drinks are consumed before without prior notice.
Changes Made By You
Any change in your arrangement after confirmation of booking should be notified in writing to us no less than 5 days before the outing. No penalty will be charged for the initial change only; there will be a fee chargeable for each subsequent change.
Cancellation by You
You, or any of your party, may cancel your booking at any time, via written notification to our office from the lead person on the booking, and applicable. Cancellation fees may be applied.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Any modification or cancellation of a confirmed/PAID reservation for services will entail additional charges equivalent. These charges may include penalties, administration fees, and bank charges. Every service provider has its own cancellation policy and cancellation fee amount. Cancellation charges will be assessed.
Cancellation Fees
• If the booking is canceled on the scheduled date. 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.
• If cancellation is made 48 hours before the scheduled date, a 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.
• If cancellation is made between 1 week and 48 hours, a 25% cancellation fee applies.
• Weather conditions not suitable TO CLIENTS, 100% cancellation fee applies.
• If you cancel your reservation more than seven days before your departure, a single processing fee will apply.
• In the event of a no-show, your entire payment will be forfeited.
We reserve the right
To make changes or correct errors at any time both before and after our confirmation. Outings are subject to change for operational reasons. You will be informed of changes as quickly as possible before your departure as time allows.
To cancel your outing. For example, if the minimum number of clients required is not reached, it may be canceled. If we are unable to provide the booked arrangements, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements of comparable standard. We will not be held liable for any cancellation due to bad weather, natural disasters, other unforeseen circumstances, or other causes beyond our control or direct involvement.
If You Have a Complaint
Please report any problem that may occur during your trip to us within 15 days of your return by giving your booking number from our invoice and all other relevant details.
Insurance
Brama Yachts service provider in sea excursions, herein outlined, its subsidiaries and/or its associated agents only for all services and disclaim any and all liability for property loss or damages resulting from death, personal injuries, including loss of services, which may be sustained on account of or arising out of, by reason of or while engaged on any tour, whether due to the ownership, maintenance use, operation or control of any automobile, bicycle, boat, vehicle, inn, common carrier or otherwise or whether caused by failure or delay or by any transportation Companies due to any cause whatsoever occurring during tour under its management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise.
Disclaimer
We are not associated with any accommodation provider (hotel, self-catering, or others), or another activity provider. Brama Yachts can UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES be held liable for any mismanagement, failure of equipment, structure, facilities, or action taken by the provider and/or its staff, which results in injuries, death, delays, damage to personal belongings, or other discomforts for the traveler. We will, however, undertake to assist the person, during and after the incidence, in any way possible and within our capacity such as addressing any complaints, recording the event, suggesting alternative solutions, and arranging these, if possible free of charge otherwise at a preferential rate.
